Thank you for considering your event for Visit Jacksonville's event calendar.
All events submitted to our calendar go through an approval process, once we approve the event it will be live within 24-48 hours. All events that are submitted should have a timeframe of at least a week out from your event to allow enough time for a visitor to plan accordingly.
The events listed on visitjacksonville.com are those that are visitor related events taking place in Jacksonville/Duval County. Anything that would interest a visitor and that a visitor would be able to plan for and/or build a trip around are approved.
Community events such as weekly runs/fitness events, luncheons or trainings, religious events, chamber events, networking events, library readings, association events, fundraising events, happy hours, grand openings, etc. are not approved on this calendar.
